Does the web server support SSI's?
Yes. Our web server does support SSI's. There are several types of SSI's that have been disabled for security reasons, however, in most cases there are work-arounds. Our technical support staff can help with configuring SSI's for your account. BACKCan I install my own cgi scripts?
Yes. We have installed PERL version 5 with DB, NDBM, and GDBM support. We also have sendmail, cgiwrap, and many others...Since PERL is the language of choice for cgi scripts, there are hundreds of PERL cgi scripts available on the internet for free download and use. BACKCan I install ansi-c cgi scripts?
Yes. However, since we do not provide telnet access or compilers on the web servers, you will have to upload them already in executable format. We strongly recommend PERL scripts for cgi. BACKWhich CGI scripts do you have pre-installed?

Yes. You are free to create directories to better organize your web site. Most FTP tools provide a "mkdir" fuction. BACKHow does the email forwarding work?
We have installed a very easy to use "Website Console" which will assist you in setting up your email forwarding addresses as well as autoresponders and other account features right from your web browser. The email forwarding system is flexible enough to create multiple forwarding addresses to multiple destinations. We are using Pentium servers running UNIX operating systems, and the Apache web server software. All web servers are dedicated only to web-hosting and are configured optimally for the task. ALL ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT IS ON UN-INTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLIES, AND MONITORED 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. Backups are performed on a regular schedule.

What are my bandwidth limits?
In order to ensure that all of our customers get ample processing speed and performance, each domain is limited to 2GB of transfer per month. Any domain that exceeds this transfer limit may be assessed additional fees for the month(s) effected. BACKWhat types of Internet Connections do you have?
Our internet connectivity is delivered via redundant fiber-optic cable to OC-3 equipment operating at 155Mbps directly in our datacenter.In order to insure service that is un-interrupted by network problems, we use top of the line Cisco Routers running BGP4 for redundancy and load-balancing.
