How do I transfer files to my web site?
Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). There are many FTP programs available for both PC and Macintosh. For the PC we recommend WS_FTP and for the Macintosh we recommend Fetch. In addition, Internet providers such as AOL, CompuServe, and Prodigy may have built-in FTP interfaces.

Yes, you will have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, so that you may update your web site and e-mail accounts at your leisure.

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, the internet has become a very powerful tool for commerce. To facilitate your commercial endeavors, your account will include access to a secure server which will provide a secure environment to transfer such information as credit card numbers from the browser to your web site in an encrypted mode.

How long does it take to set up a new account?
Orders submitted before 4pm PST on a week day which include payment information will be processed the same day! Once an account is set up, an activation notice will be sent to you via email which includes all account information. You may begin to upload your files immediately upon receiving this activation notice.

What are your account policies and payment terms?
Our policy and payment terms are always online at: In summary, we do not accept any sites with adult or XXX rated content. We also do not accept any Warez sites, or sites that distribute, or give information regarding software piracy, hacking, etc.
Payments are made ANNUALLY. All domains are paid for 1 year in advance, and renewal notices are sent out 30 days prior to the anniversary date for the following year. We find that billing annually saves time and money for all parties. No monthly invoices to deal with, and the customer only has to write 1 check each year.
